Results to pick the list of bugs went through a state multiple times.

In our environment, the workflow is defined as a bug is assigned to developer number of times until the bug is resolved. For example Bug1 is assigned to developer (Pending Development) after approval -> once the developer completes the development assigned for Verification (Pending Verification) -> If Verification fails the bug is assigned back to developer (PD). This process continues until the bug is success in PV state.

From RTC, we can get the RTC bug list based on the current state; however there needs to be a way which can query the list of issues that went through PV failure per product/per release data.

Right now, to get this information managers need to do a lot of book keeping to get the required information. Please help to work a direct way to get the result using JRS.
