Error during uyploading and saving the content

Hi,

I am using RTC 4.0.6 on Redhat. I am facing following type of errors while performing saving and check-in operations in RTC:

1. Check-in and Deliver: While uploading contents on RTC, it is showing me " Unknown Origin " error and due to this I am not able to upload any contents.

" Problems occurred running check-in and deliver.

Reason:

Unknown origin"

2. During Saving the workitem or any custom attribute I am getting following error:

Following contents cannot be saved to database: ID CRJAZ1036E

Due to this I cannot save any changes made w.r.t. workitem customization, changing in work Item.

Can someone help me in fixing this problem?

Please check if there's more detail errors in ccm.log. The current information is not sufficient to find the cause of the issue.
