Not able to see Members added to Project Area- RTC 6.0.4 rollout

Hello Team,

Today we noticed Members added are not visible under "Members Section" of Manage Project Area.
Few of our colleagues can see the list.
Not sure whether this has to do with v 6.0.4 roll out.

Hi,

- in which client are you viewing the Members Section (Eclipse, web)?
- if web, does it work with different browsers?
- did it work before? If so what changed since then?
- can some users see the members in Members Section or no users at all?
- how are project area members added to the PA?
- can the members still log in and have their roles assigned even if not visible in Members Section?

Depending on the answers you can pinpoint the source. As I can see members of my 6.0.4 PA perfectly it is not a general issue. Possibly browser related (JavaScript of the web UI) or proxy server configuration (sending process XML).

Tried ie and firefox and reproduced in both

 Not sure, 6.0.4 Rollout

Yes Few of my colleagues see this section. And even for few project areas i can also see.

In general by clicking Add button
- can the members still log in and have their roles assigned even if not visible in Members Section?
 Yes
