I think that article is wrong, you don't need the XLSArtifactID and are better off linking using the urns

eg: -

executionresult.executionworkitem=Link("urn:com.ibm.rqm:executionworkitem:10")

The tool itself seems about ten times better than its documentation, it's a shame I think people will be put off using it.

Did you try the suggestions in the technote and got the different result as the technote intends to address?
using executionresult.executionworkitem=Link("urn:com.ibm.rqm:executionworkitem:10") only, are you able to export multiple results to the same TCER which is what the technote is trying to do?

Can yu please suggest me the solution for the same usecase. I also want multiple execution results to the same Test Case Execution Record. In my case , Test case is creating  with TCER but status is not updating .
