IOAuth Service Errors - not sure how to troubleshoot

We are installing RTC 2.0 Enterprise edition on Linux, and I have the following errors in the Service Error Summary on the Status Summary page.

Service Error Summary

com.ibm.team.jfs.app.oauth.IOAuthImplicitKeyService
CRJAZ1115I The service "com.ibm.team.jfs.app.oauth.IOAuthImplicitKeyService" was not registered.
<service>
com.ibm.team.jfs.baseline.service.IBaselineService
CRJAZ1138I Failed to create service instance com.ibm.team.repository: "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.oauth.OAuthServiceProvider".

Is this Enterprise specific? Has anyone ran into this issue before?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
