Team Server Setup error: An error occurred while saving the

I have installed RQM 2.0 with DB2 9.5.4 and WAS 6.1.0.23 and LDAP enabled.
When trying to setup the team server, on Step 2 the configuration fields are disabled and I get the message: "An error occurred while saving the configuration properties."
The RQM.log show the following error:
ERROR t.jazz.ajax.service.internal.util.RootServicesUtil - 503 response when fetching root services document


Any idea of the cause and how to solve the problem ?

Re-exmining the rqm.log I have found the following line
Caused by:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Unsupported JVM, please upgrade

Which JVM is required for RQM2.0 & WAS 6.1.0.25 ??

The solution is to install a fixpack PK85942, from
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg24023024

6.1.0.25 is not commutative and does not contain this fix.
