2.0.1ifix01 question.

OK,

We released 2.0.1 to the user community on the 26th for production. 2.0.1ifix01 was released yesterday (27th). (2) questions:

(1). Can I just use installation manager to upgrade and not have to do any additional settings/backups (no data imported yet, just LDAP connection and licenses loaded on production). Or is there some downtime required and heavy work needed?

(2). Under RQM2.0.1ifix01 "All Downloaded", there is an Extras section. Does this mean that the things like Excel/Word importer have a newer version than the 2.0.1 that we just downloaded on Friday?

thanks...

Hello, replies below:
(1) Yes, the iFix upgrade is pretty seamless. It is an update and does not require any data migration. Of course, back-ups are always a good idea.
Details here: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0.1iFix1?p=upgrading

(2) The extras that are listed with 2.0.1iFix01 do have updates and are newer.
