Can I change another person's email configuration in 6.02

Is there a global email setting in 6.02?  That allows to control who and who does not get emails.

Looks like all the setting are at the client level.

Issue is some stakeholder don't want to receive emails

Hi Sean,

Yes, you can but make sure you have logged in with the JazzAdmin privileged user.
