I want to learn how to write scripts for the calculated-values part in RTC work item customization.

I need advice about how to start learning to write such scripts. What is the language, the platform, libraries, .. etc.
I can't find a tutorial that explains that from RTC view. I appreciate if you share any links that explain this part for RTC.
