What version of RTC are you using? When you say you are unable to move the work items, does it show that you are trying to drag? Is there a "not OK" displayed, but it lets you drag? Can you drag using the Kanban view instead? Do you get the same behavior in a different browser? Could you try these things so we understand a bit better?
