Dropping and recreating RELM and LQE DB's

We are using CLM 6.0 with an enterprise topology. We have 7 servers. We recently had a DB crash which was resolved, but since then the RELM and LQE seems to give errors.
My question is: What is the implication of dropping the whole relm and lqe databases and recreate it from scratch with no data? We are not using any RELM projects, so what will be the effects of dropping and creating these 2 db's? Is there anything stored in them that will affect ccm,rm,qm,rs?
