The user interface for creating views and filters in a view has changed slightly between 6.0.2 (iFix008) and 6.0.3 (iFix005) - and it appears as though the functionality has taken a backward step along with it, wrt building a filter in a view.
All I see now is the ability to create a very simple condition on an attribute and combine multiple simple attribute filters with AND.
Where are the options to filter based on link types and modification time periods?

There should be any attribute called Link type while  using the option "choosing an attribute" that list all the link types available.With respect to modification time periods you have Modified on attribute that allows you to choose the specific date time range.Let us know if this helped you answer your query
