Hi Aaron,
VMLogix developed an extension that was "Ready For Rational" approved quite a while ago. They have an adapter that can be used to integrate VMLogix Lab Manager with RQM. They would provide the documentation on configuration.

Some supported use cases include viewing Images and VMs managed by VMLogix in RQM, and the ability to deploy images (create a VM) and tear down VMs.

There is some information on that here, in the context of collections (a common use of VMLogix):
