In CLM 6.0.1 with the latest ifix we need some help understanding how reporting can be restricted for NDA projects.  The NDA projects will have their own work areas.

We know that permissions for reporting inherit from the work area and the category .  So if data is “hidden” through work area configuration, a user without permissions should not be able to execute a report or write a report to extract it.

Question 1 – Does this refer to “Access Control” in which read access can be restricted to “members of the project area hierarchy”?

Question 2 – Does this statement include BIRT reports, widgets, JRS OOB and JRS custom reports?

Question 3 – Would the above work to restrict reports run from the Common Report Builder?
