When will DNG allow the use of AND and OR for filtering? Enhancement request won't allow me to view

Hello,

I know there is an open enhancement request, but it tells me I don't have access to view it. I'm just curious if its on the roadmap.

Extend filter capabilities to support OR, AND, NOT connectives etc. (72418)

I was told by one of the development managers that that feature is coming in 6.0.4 (?) but is not available today.
