I would like to monitor all REST API calls to RTC server (CLM version 5.0.2) and need to know the exact keywords to identify these calls from client calls, and which server log file to check.

You mean reportable REST API, not OSLC API, right? I'm not sure why you need to monitor it. The starting point of the RTC reportable REST API is https://<servername>:<port>/<ccmContextRoot>/rpt/repository so I assume you can capture the URL with pattent "/ccm/rpt".
