Spurious Header rows in csv export every 1000 records?

I export a view with more than 1000 records, export from DNG to csv. The resulting CSV appears to contain a spurious DNG header row every 1000 records. Is this the default, any way to change it? Anyone know the reasoning?

I can see the same thing and suspect that it is a result of an internal buffer cap (1000 records). I believe it is a defect.
