What does "planned defect" field in a test schedule depict?
it is a number that indicates defect that has occurred in a particular iteration ?
Or it is the estimation of number of defects that can occur in a iteration?

2) Does defect validity rate indicate the valid defects? Is this value filled after  every iteration completes?
