Could not initialize data area. Could not lock sandbox - locked by other process

integrated lscm command line with nodejs.
1)login command works fine.
2)lscm status work fine for the first time.
3) subsequent lscm status , accept, or discard etc gives error "Could not initialize data area. Could lock { my location directory} - locked by other process"

I wonder if you unknowingly launch a second instance of the lscm command.
