How can you tell if the stream component was replaced?

How can you tell if the stream component was replaced? Or merged from another stream.
We are currently in 4.0.3 version.

In the Eclipse client there are Feeds one can open. In the Team Hiearchy, right click the Project's label, choose Show Recent events... Along the right of the frame ( maximize the view works best ) are selectors for the kinds of events. Unselect all but Source Control Changes, Source Control Components and Source Control Streams.
