RQM 6.0.3: Is there a way to execute a test suite with multiple test cases offline? We have many test engineers who would need to be able to export entire test suites and execute them. Currently, as far as I know we can only export one test cases at a time for offline execution. is that correct?

You are right that this is not yet available in RQM.
This is a popular RFE topic:

which is a part of the below plan item now:

It seems to be Planned for 6.0.4 but you may want to ask in the work item whether it is confirmed and what will be implemented(including your scenario).
