This is usually an indication that SSO has not been properly configured. Without knowing the configuration details, I cannot give any concrete suggestions though.
Some pages, such as the dashboard, or expanding the home menu, contain many links to various CLM applications. When these links/requests are sent to the server, if the current session is deemed to be not logged in, a log in prompt will be displayed. In the worst case (incorrect SSO configuration) scenario, you may invalidate the CCM session by logging in RQM, and vice versa. And you will end up with an "infinite loop" of logging in. If you need someone to evaluate your current configuration, you may contact IBM Support.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
