Hello.

1. Im using DNG502 (Quite a novice :-)

2. I trying to import MS-WORD document.

3. Each paragraph in the document does have a Heading-Number (Embedded by the MS-Word).

4. After importing the document (to a new module) the heading-numbers was duplicated.

If (for example) the Document header was 1.2.3 MyHeader

After Importing to the DNG, it was 1.2.3 1.2.3 MyHeader

5. Is there any way to avoid this situation ?

Thank you very much

Yoram

I suspect that the header "1.2.3" in your Word document is hard-coded (static). In other words, it is a real text rather than annotation. You can verify by adding a new section in the Word document - if the header number stays the same, it's static; if it changes dynamically, it's not a real text and you should not have the behavior that you described. if the latter is true, please contact Support to confirm whether you hit a defect.

Thank you Donald

The heading numbers in the document (e.g. 1.2.3.) embedded and managed by the Ms-Word since the text style is Heading.
