unresolved changes for folders with no changes (RTC Client 4.3.0 Eclipse Neon)

We have 2 different folders that show up in unresolved changes everytime I open my eclipse workspace even though I have selected undo on the unresolved changes so something is acting like it stuck or corrupt causing these folders to re-appear constantly.
