scm load is failing with messages around semaphores

Hi,

We are currently using scm command line tool to load source code & build it. Each command line call is using a dedicated cache directory.

Sometimes, (4-5 times per day), the command is failing with messages such as following ones:

"An error has occurred while opening semaphore"
"destroying shared memory semaphores"

This problem seems to randomly appear and is auto resolved few minutes later but we already had to manually force some cleaning on our build server.

Could you please help ?
