Honestly, your best bet is to ask folks you work with.   I know of "jazz" outfits in RTP ( 2 ), Littleton, MA, Rochester, MN,
Hursley, UK, Silicon Valley, CA, Rome, IT as well as whatever IGA is up to these days. Each  may have different means of requesting access.  

One of the groups mentions ratsuite181 which is in domain that starts with 'sby'.     The group names have "gain" in their names.   If you have access to RTC, go to its Web UI and click on the Home icon in the upper left, there may be Quality Management there.
