Authorisations to archive a project area should be explicit

Hello

Everyone who connects to a repository at the server can archive project
areas inside this repository although he hasn't any assigned role by the
creator or teamleader of this project area. Is there a possibility to avoid
this action?

Kind regards

Doreen,

Why don't you submit an enhancement request to jazz.net for the process
component? Considering that archiving is irreversible I can appreciate
the need to have a process archive operation with permissions enabled so
this can be limited to a role.

Hello Jim
I have created a new workitem (enhancement request to jazz.net).
See:
https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Project#perspective=Work%20Items&action=viewWorkItem&id=19901
I entered your name and Philippes (he is our contact person) as the
suscriber. I hope it is okay for you.
Thanks and regards
Doreen
