Integration between RTC and SCCD

Hello I would like to know if is possible integrate RTC 6.X with SCCD, also the system requirements to do it and if is possible a manual or guide, any information that help us to integrate these tools with newest version.

Yes I'm sorry, I want to know about integration between RTC (Rational Team Concert) and SCCD (IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk)
