We are seeking to link the requirement history and/or requirements revision history table to the requirements table to identify the most recent version of an artifact. At this moment, our JRS report is reporting to row for the same requirement. The difference is attributed to updates made to the artifact_link_text and another custom attribute. We do not want both versions to surface on the report, but only want to see the most recent version.

Are you working with configuration management enabled in DOORS NG?  If so, then in a stream the system automatically resolves to the latest version of an artifact (in the UI, when navigating a link, etc).
