Delete of folders in Plan (Planned Items tab)

Hi
I was wondering why in the Team Folders view of a Plan (Planned Items tab) you have the ability to delete some of the folders and not others? This is in RTC 2.0

Thanks!!

you can add / delete folders using the context menu. However, the two
default folders (Top Items, Defects & Enhancements) cannot be deleted.
