pre-condition as pre-test in test suite

Is it possible to create a pre-condition in test suites in RQM as a pre-test - create the condition of type test case?

Hi, at the moment we only have the following preconditions for test suites:

   - To disallow execution if suite does not have an associated Test plan
   - To disallow execution if suite does not have an associated iteration      
   - To disallow execution if suite does not have an associated test environment
   - To disallow execution if suite does not have a build specified
   - Disallow execution until suite is approved. 
Unfortunately we don't have one to have associated test cases but you can create a request for an enhancement for us.
