I am following the recommended process for the import. The import operation involves several columns. One such column is a list of "components". This list is predefined and associated with the "components" object. The import works fines when the "components" column has only one component. The problem is when the "components" column has multiple items in it. I have tried multiple combinations. I have also exported a story from RT with multiple "components" in an effort to see how it should look in the CSV file. These efforts have not proved successful.

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER It is always a good idea to just try an export in case you are not sure about how the import format looks like.

Thank you for your answer. Yep, that was the issue. I needed to enclose the component list in "" and have a CR/LF between each component. |
