DOORS sorting button does not work
I am using DOORS 9.6.1.6.
After a formal module is opened, I try to sort a column by clicking on the sort button (the button with A,Z and a down arrow), but nothing happens.
How do I sort a column in a module?

You need to configure the sorting options (what attribute to sort and in which order) to make the sort button work.
Below are the steps:
1) Go to Tools > Sort..
2) Select an attribute to sort in "Sort on" field
3) Select the sorting order (default is Ascending )
4) Click on Add->
5) Repeat steps 2-4 to add more attributes
6) Click on OK to dismiss the sorting option dialogbox
7) Click on the sort button to turn the sorting on
