CCM Operational Behaviour setting via Web UI

In CLM V6.0.1
How do i get access via the WEB Ui to the Operation Behavior setting to allow fields to be set Mandatory for particular workflow actions.

I've found this link but am unsure as to where the server launch config or build startup files are located.

Is this the only way to configure this? Or is the eclipse client really the best way to manage the Operation Behaviour settings?

The link you found is quite old. In CLM 6.0.1, you can configure Operation Behaviors from web ui directly by select the project area from "ccm/admin > Active Project Areas". Then select "Preconditions & Follow-up Actions" section on the left.
