Hi,

I have configured the CLM 6.0.2 on liberty profile using reverse proxy. The IHS server details are:

Hostname of IHS Server :         ihs.example.com

IP of IHS Server:                        1.1.1.3    (for example)

CLM applications are running fine when i use the url with hostname: i.e  https://ihs.example.com/jts ,  https://ihs.example.com/ccm, https://ihs.example.com/qm, https://ihs.example.com/rm

When i use the IHS ip address instead of hostname then i am facing issue in RM application. When i use the url  https://1.1.1.3/rm and press enter then ip address in url is automatically changes to hostname (https://ihs.example.com). However, in case of QM and CCM application when i use ip address in url there is no change and applications are running fine with ip.

Please let know, what changes should i made in httpd.conf file so that i can access the RM application through ip as well.

What is the public URI when you registered these CLM applications? They should always honor the public URI, not the URI that you enter, as this can keep the links between artifacts and applications consistent. In other words, you should consider the hostname-auto-correction as "expected". If you added the reverse proxy after registering the CLM applications, you may consider doing server rename to reflect on the reverse proxy host name.
