Why when a new graphic artifact is uploaded, does the configuration change back to the root stream?
While editing an artifact in a stream and the upload has been completed. Selecting the hyperlink at the top of the page puts the configuration back to the root configuration.
Root Stream
+- sub-stream
+- change set
+- artifact
Open for editing, the graphic artifact from within a change set of the sub-stream. Move back to sub-stream, but the configuration automatically changes to the root stream, not the change set
