CLM 6.0.2 License Upload Issue

Hi
 
I have CLM 6.0.2 installed on linux machine and using Firefox version 45. While trying to upload permanent license keys of either RTC / DOORS NG / RQM  I am getting the following error.

"CRJAZ1490E The upload did not complete in a reasonable amount of time" error seen on the JTS Screen.

The browser version is fine. Do I need to check for any security settings in the browser or use any other browser.

This is a new install and not a upgrade fro previous version.

Please let me know.

Hi Niranjan,

* It could be browser issue, please clear the temp cache and try again.

* Try with different browser and see does it helps.

* If Still same issue try it on same server or from different machine.
