CLM db2 replication

Hi,
I would like to know if is it possible to set up db2 replication on two different servers in two different sites for all JTSs, CCMs, QMs and RMs?
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Anna Maria, have you had a look at this article? https://jazz.net/library/article/464  It described how to set up DB2's High Availability and Disaster Recovery for RTC.  The same solution is supported for CLM, it would just have to cover the additional related databases.

There's another good article here on DB2 HADR best practices: http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/dw/dm/db2/bestpractices/DB2BP_HADR_0911.pdf

It's possible to set up HADR over a WAN, to your standby in Europe, for example, but you would need to tune it for ASYNC replication so that the WAN latency did not affect the primary performance.  This setup would only be performant if you also had a standby Jazz server located in Europe, and failed over to that at the same time.  Having the Atlantic between your Jazz app server and database server is not a performant topology.

Thanks Scott,
the article you suggested me is very useful!. One question : does it make sense to set all the described steps between a primary server in US and the standby server in Europe? or the not local network can cause performance problems?
Thanks, regards
Anna Maria
