Unable to make an https connection :(

I am using RQM2 on SLES10 SP1 until recently I update the firefox to version 3.0.13 and I had an Secure Connection Failed message.

The message says that:-

localhost:9443 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.

(Error code: sec_error_ca_cert_invalid)

I had checked the server.xml and web.xml files and the configurations remains the same as before. The ibm-team-ssl.keystore file is still there. To convince myself, I fresh install the RQM2 again and still get the same problem.

My conclusion (or my guess), there must be some firefox configuration issues that preventing the ssl cert to pass. Now I could only use http (9080) connection to RQM2.

Please advice.

Please upgrade to the latest version of RQM (see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/) and review the product documentation (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html) and jazz.net resources (see https://jazz.net/help).  If your issue persists, please ask a new question (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/ask), open a defect (see https://jazz.net/mystuff/#tab=workitems), or open a PMR (see http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21507639).
