How to fix if a work Item history is blank and not updating. History not displaying
Hi,
We are using Rational 6.0.1. In the web-console, the history tab in a work item is blank and it is not updating for any changes to the work item. The history tab doesn't update or show any values there. It is just blank. Is it a server side issue. How to fix it.

Hello Sasi, most likely there is an exception thrown and not displayed, does ccm.log contain anything about the time you open the work item or see the history?

Thank you for the reply. In the webconsoleit is not showing any error, just a blank page. When I checked the ccm.logs. It is showing for work item.common,internal.rest.IWorItemRestService/workItem2 Errorcom.ibm.team.process.commonjava.lang.Nullpointer Exception
