RQM 2.0 Assistance ...
I have a client install that requires some "out of the ordinary" features ... I'm trying to determine if these can be done already if you know the correct mechanism to do them .... obviously I'm deep in the process template .. so let me elaborate :
1. Need to be able to prevent a "defect" from being modified once it has reached "closed" (resolved) status .... from a process role permission perspective, I can stop modification of the defect, but not with an assosicated "state". I believe this requires an operational behaviour to be triggered ... can we create a new one ?
2. Need the ability to have fields on the form hidden until such time as another field or state triggers them to be displayed ? operational behaviour ? read-only attribute on field properties ?
