How to display dates and dropdown values on across tabs?

I have a work item with 4-5 tabs within it. There are "DATE" and "DROP DOWN" attributes in fourth tab.

How cam the date and dropdown "values" selected in fourth tab be displayed on first tab?

You can write dojo scripts in calculated value to populate the value in 4th tab attribute
