Kanban view in RTC 6.0.2 - Looking to customize
I am looking to see how to manage our workflow in a Kanban board by monitoriing the WIP, cycles times, lead times, queues, bottleneck, throughputs or cumulative flow diagram. RTC does not allow me to manage these items with the exception of a very simple kanban board and WIP. (Very limited features in the workflow management). |

There is nothing like that built into the RTC Kanban Plan View. I would expect you would have to use reporting if you want to achieve some of the things you mention.
