After creating Artifacts in DNG unble to save showing "You aren't permitted to put an artifact of the selected type into the specified folder. Please change the type of the artifact or change which folder is to contain the artifact"

Not sure the exact question you're asking. This sounds like something related to Permissions and Team Ownership. If you can do this for one folder but not another, then the only thing I can think of is that the folders have different Team Ownership and you have different permissions in the different teams. (Right click on a folder to see the team ownership).
