RQM - List Test Cases with respect to Global Configuration programatically throuhg OSLC

Is there a way to get handle the global Configuration using OSLC .. Like Need to access all the Stream connected to GC in RQM .. And later access the project/test cases from the GC steam.

The general support for OSLC for RQM is documented on the wiki:  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmOslcQmV2Api

If you use a GC configuration with QM's OSLC, QM will resolve to a local configuration, and process the request using that context.

Coming soon in RQM 6.0.3, you will have the ability to query for local Components and Configurations within QM. You would need to query GC for its contents.

Thank you ..
Here is the scenario :
Now we have an environment with GC enabled  .. Question is :
Assume we have  Same Test case (same TC ID )in two/multiple  streams in RQM .. So is it possible to access the test case from a respective stream..Version is RQM 6.0.2 in production ....
