Why does RPE 2.0.1 return "Persistence Error" when creating Data Source Connection?

I keep getting a "Persistence Error" when I try to save a new Data Source Connection in RPE 2.0.1 for an RTC REST query:  https://<server>/ccm/rpt/repository/workitem?fields=workitem/workItem[type/id=com.zion.workitem.enumeration.ChangeRequest]/(id|summary|state/name|approvals/*|approvals/approver/name|approvals/approvalDescriptor/*|approvals/approvalDescriptor/approvals/*|approvals/approvalDescriptor/approvals/approver/*)

If I dumb down the REST query, then the Data Source Connection saves just fine.

This query works just fine in the RPE Launcher.  Why does RPE Web not support it?
Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,
This is because the field is too short to hold the long URL. The issue is fixed in RPE 2.1, where the URL can be up to 1000 characters.

Thanks, Prasad!  We will upgrade to RPE 2.1.
