Is it possible to restrict associating a changeset to a work-item after a particular state transfer of workitem
We are using RTC 5.0.2
we are introducing a new state intermediately in the work-item and we want to restrict the association of changeset when the work-item state is change from In Progress to newly introduced state. |

In the Operation Behavior, if you select operation "Save Change Set Links and Comments (server)", you will see a pre-condition "Restrict Associating to Closed Work Items".
If the new state you created is a state of the "Closed" state group, the precondition will prevent a change set be associated to the new state. Chandrasekar Muthukrishnan selected this answer as the correct answer
