Error during delivering change sets

One of the user getting below error while trying deliver

Problem
An error occurred during "Deliver".

The FileItem [UUID _xxxxxxxxxxx] has a before state whose parentage & name conflicts with another item's before state in change set [UUID _xxxxxxxxxxxx] in history
The FileItem [UUID _1xxxxxxxxxxxxx] has a before state whose parentage & name conflicts with another item's before state in change set [UUID _xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] in history
The FileItem [UUID _xxxxxxxxxx] has a before state whose parentage & name conflicts with another item's before state in change set [UUID _yyyyyyyyyyy] in history

I searched with the error and found below link:

The error was known error and there is no cause and solution. So we tried the workarounds given in the link. Still we could not fix the issue.

Can anyone help to fix the issue?

Hi Vinay,

As per the error message issue is about conflict between the source changes from two different places.

So you have to resolve the conflict before you deliver the change to stream.
