Open Team Artifact takes to login popup window

I installed Team Concert based on the instruction for Visual studio. When I try to open Team Artifact and enter the URL as per documentation and press okay, it will take me to login popup, and I am not able to pass that. I tried to log in with id where I registered. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you log in with the same URL and credentials in a browser?

Thanks Donald, I was able to log in after contacting admin who set different password for me to log in into the URL
