RAM license issue

Hello, our token licenses are expiring at the end of the month. Working for the government, our contracts department is slow and may not renew token for 2-3 months.

Our Rational Asset Manager product has licenses that are token based, we do not have floating licenses to fall back on in the event our tokens expire.

My question is, using the Repository Admin login for RAM, am I still able to view and edit assets and communities without a valid license?  Are there things within RAM that I will be UNABLE to view/edit using the Repository Admin login?
